Hey there! I am so excited that my team is expanding this year and that you want to be a part of it! We are growing so rapidly and there is so much opportunity to build with us, but with big opportunity comes big responsibility. Please read the following information below before applying!
I want to be as forward as i possibly can be in saying that i am not doing any "hype" hires or "pity" hires. You HAVE to come into this position with these specific characteristics:

2. Critical thinking: You create SOLUTIONS when problems arise. You do not bring problems to the table
3. SELF-Motivated: If you are a 'people pleaser', this job is NOT for you
4. Ready to get to work TODAY: If you need time to figure out something, DO NOT APPLY
5. Does NOT blame others, BUT works well to help others
6. Coachable: Takes Direction well
7. IS NOT PRIVILEGED: In my company, you earn everything. I do NOT do hand outs
Positions I am looking for:
1. Help me manage DM's & Comments (Takes 1-3 months of training)
2. Become a Moderator in my community to engage with clients (Takes 1-3 months of training)
3. Become a SilverbutGold Head Coach - serving & working directly w/ clients (Takes 3-9 months of training)
Must have experience:
1. on TikTok and Instagram (the more the better)
2. posting on social media or at least knows how to post on social media
3. using Kajabi or other websites to host communities
4. with Google Drive
5. hosting and attending calls on zoom
6. with PEOPLE and can communicate effectively and efficiently
7. with sales
Do NOT Apply If:
1. you currently have another job
2. you're lazy af
3. you're looking to building your own business online
4. you "love my energy" - no hype hires
5. you do not have self-awareness
6. you do not have thick skin (i will most likely hurt your feelings)
7. you are in the middle of a transition in your life and you're looking to pop your "small business cherry"
